     Cecile is very reserved when it comes to interacting with others in the Order. She is cautious around new people until she knows their intentions.Cecile is very awkward around new people, having never had friends when she was little due to her heart. She is soft spoken and people often have to strain to hear her. She will talk a fair amount around people she is comfortable with or about things she is passionate about. She is a good listener and people around the Order sometimes come to her for advice. When aggravated, Cecile will give people the cold shoulder and will not talk to said person. Eventually, she will crack and seek out the person to apologize. She does not hold grudges easily, but she won't forget if someone has wronged her.

How it works: Cecile's Innocence manifests the birds. The birds let off a white glow. There are four types of birds Cecile has:

Sparrows; These are the smallest of the birds that she has. These birds are mostly used for attacking Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 Akuma. They are best used in assisting the larger birds.

"Tracker" Peregrine Falcon; Cecile can plant a special gear the has a small amount of Innocence attached to it. She can then send out the falcon and it can follow the target. The falcon is also used for quickly attacking Akuma at high speeds.

"Hunter" Hawk; This bird usually accompanies the Tracker. The Hunter is the one that takes down the target after the Tracker has spotted it. It can also be sent out on its own to hunt for Akuma. In a fight, this bird pairs with the Tracker and attacks the Akuma at high speeds.

Gyrafalcon; The largest of the birds Cecile has. This is the bird she uses for repeated, heavy attacks. 

Level 1 | Little Wings
The gauntlet lets off a few white sparks, signaling activation. 

• [ Aerial Burst ]  The birds she has sent out fly into the air and dive down upon the Akuma. It is done in quick bursts.
• + Can destroy Level 1 and Level 2 Akuma quite easily. Level 3 Akuma take little to no damage.

• + Cecile has a total of four. She can only send out two types at a time. Cecile chooses which birds attack and which defend. 

• [Protector ]  This is an ability the allows Cecile to shield herself. The birds wings outstretch and become interlocked with one another, creating a shield that surrounds her body. It can deflect Level 1 Akuma with ease. Level 2 it becomes a bit harder, and Level 3 attacks will most likely break the shield after a few strikes. 
  
•  A limitation of this ability is the shield only lasts as long as Cecile has the physical abilities; which are limited. 
  

Level 2 Release | Rise of the Eagle
 Cecile's gauntlet glows white for a few seconds and then lets off a single spark. 

• [ Rise of the Eagle ]  This ability allows Cecile to use all four birds. The birds all glow and rush towards each other; they then fuse into a eagle.The falcon attacks using its beak and claws. It can destroy Level 1 and 2 Akuma and can do a significant amount of damage to a Level 3. 

  + This ability can only last for a limited amount of turns. When the time is up, the falcon glows and turns back into the little birds; who then retreat back to Cecile. If used for defense,it can last longer than if it is used for offense.

H i s t o r y O u t l i n e ;

Infant: Doctors told her parents that Cecile has a heart problem called arrhythmia.

Age 7: Went to retrieve a balloon from the top of a tree and had a bout of dizziness. Cecile almost fell from the tree and since then has had a fear of heights.

Age 10: Grandmother taught her how to play the piano.

Age 12: Cecile found an injured falcon and nursed it back to health.

Age 14: Started building birds out of scrap metal and gears that her father brought home for her, and would sell them on the streets.

Age 16: Joined the Black Order

    Cecile grew up in a cozy house fit for herself and her parents. She grew up in a very loving environment and was very close with her parents. As a family in the lower class,both her parents worked full time in order to care for Cecile. Her mother- Adelaide- worked in a clothing factory, while her father-Gregory- worked at an industrial factory. Cecile's condition didn't allow her to do strenuous activities, so she stayed indoors a lot. Gregory would bring home old gears and scraps for Cecile to tinker with. On the rare occasions she did venture outside, Cecile would walk to her grandmother's house where she would learn to play the piano. On the way to her grandmother's one day, Cecile came across a falcon with an injured wing. She rushed it to her grandmother and they nursed it back to health. As it began to grow stronger, Cecile would take the falcon out for flying lessons to strengthen its wing. She would come back with gouges on her arm, and so her grandmother fashioned the gauntlet for Cecile to wear. After the falcon was released back into the wild, Cecile still wore the gauntlet to remember the falcon by.
     As Cecile grew older, she would sometimes accompany Gregory to the factory where he worked. The workers there grew fond of her and knew of her love for tinkering, and would save her a bag of gears and scrap metals. Cecile began making birds out of the scrap metal and would sell them on the streets for a few extra coins.

    It was during one of these excursions that General Froi Tiedoll happened to be in town investigating some disappearances in an old farmhouse. Cecile had one of her birds with her and was explaining to her father how she wanted to improve them. She was so caught up in talking, that she bumped into Tiedoll. Cecile thought nothing of it, and apologized and went on her way. One of the shards he was carrying started emitting a soft glow. Tiedoll decided he would track down the young girl after he investigated the farmhouse. Cecile's parents were quite surprised when a scruffy looking man with fluffy gray hair appeared on their doorstep and told them that their daughter was an Accomodator of something called "Innocence." They were not willing to let Cecile go; both for selfish reasons and their worry about her heart. Her father became very aggressive toward Tiedoll and began to yell and invade his personal space. Her mother was still upset, but in the end, she reluctantly agreed. Cecile was terrified of leaving her parents. She had never been away from her parents for long periods of time.

- Cecile's favorite smell is lavender. 

- In Rome, there was a saint named Cecilia, where the name Cecile derives from. She refused to worship the Roman gods and was sentenced to death. She became known as the patron saint of music. 

- Cecile has a heart problem called arrhythmia. This limits her fighting abilities. 

- Cecile prefers to dress modestly. She tends to lean towards long sleeves and pants. She is a huge fan of over sized sweaters and will wear them whenever she is not on a mission. 

- Cecile and her family are Christian, although they rarely went to church.

- Cecile's native language is French. She will sometimes slip back into speaking French. This usually happens when she is extremely nervous or happy.
